In early 1987, Penny Kelly and her husband, Jim, purchased fifty-seven acres of land, complete with a 100-year-old house, a dilapidated barn, and two small vineyards. At the time they knew nothing about raising grapes. Since then, they have remodeled the house into a rental property, and turned the barn into their home, office, and small learning center.
