Paul Petersen
Paul R. Petersen frequently lectures on the subject of the Border War between Kansas and Missouri during the Civil War. A former master sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, he is an infantry combat veteran of the Vietnam War, Operation Desert Storm, and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
