Evans received his B.A. at Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, New Jersey, and his M.Div. at McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago. In his twenty years of research, he pursued additional study on the Celts at St. Andrews University in Edinburgh, Scotland, and also in Geneva and Zurich, Switzerland.
