Patrick Halstead was a developer at Microsoft for more than 11 years, working in the Microsoft Windows and Natural Language groups before joining NetDocs in October of 2000 to lead a team of seven developers creating what would become InfoPath version 1.0. After shipping InfoPath version 1.0, Patrick transitioned his team to New Markets division to work on Information Worker Solutions. He worked on the Recruiting accelerator and was also involved in other InfoPath solutions, including HR Web, Healthcare, Six Sigma, Proposals, and IW Bridge.
