Patricia Herlihy
A native San Franciscan, Patricia Herlihy graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and obtained her PhD in History from the University of Pennsylvania. Currently Adjunct Professor, Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs, Brown University, Associate at the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute and the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University.
