Owen Smith

Owen Smith is currently Principle Advisory Officer (Plumbing) within Tasmania state Building and Plumbing Regulator. Owen Smith previously has been a plumbing and gas-fitting teacher, and manager in the TAFE sector since 2001 (TAS TAFE). He holds a bachelor's degree in Adult and Vocational Education and was a foundation member of the National Plumbing and Services Training Advisory Group (NPSTAG).
