Oracle Hekataios is a modern-day seer, iatromantis, Strix, and initiated Wiccan. He is the Hierophant and Founder of the Ophic Strix Tradition, a High Priest (Minos) in the Minoan Brotherhood, and an initiate in the Alexandrian Tradition of Witchcraft.
