Professor Olivier Coussy, Universit� Paris-Est, France Professor Coussy is currently head of the Navier Research Unit at Universit� Paris-Est, a joint research unit between Ecole des Ponts and Laboratoire Central des Ponts et Chauss�es. He has authored more than eighty scientific papers, as well as five books.
