Norma Lu Meehan
Norma Lu Meehan was a fashion illustrator for over forty years and used that experience when she turned to creating historical-costume paper dolls in 1991. She is the author of the Wardrobe series: Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco, and '40s and '50s Fashions, as well as the child paper-doll book Nana's Trunk, all based on the collections of the Northern Indiana Center for History.
