Nigel Thurlow

Nigel Thurlow was born in south London in October 1956. Following an undistinguished academic career at a local Grammar School, he worked for a number of years in West End shops before joining the Civil Service in the mid-1980s. In 2007, he left the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in order to pursue other interests. He is married and now lives in Somerset.
