Professor Nigel Foster, FRSA, is Visiting Professor of European Law at the Europa-Institut, Universitat des Saarlandes, Saarbrucken, and for the Law Programme at North Borneo University College; Professor of EU Law (online EU modules) at South East European Law School Network (SEELS); and LLM Degree Supervisor at Robert Kennedy College, Zurich, Switzerland. He has 37 years' experience teaching and examining EU law, and has published a number of leading EU law textbooks.
