Nie Hou, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, and received his Ph.D. from the University of Alberta, all in electrical engineering.
