Nick Crane is an award-winning writer, journalist, cartographer and geographer, and a lead presenter of the BBC's Coast, Map Man and Great British Journeys. His previous books include Great British Journeys, Clear Waters Rising, Two Degrees West and Mercator: The Man Who Mapped the Planet and he also writes for the Daily Telegraph and Sunday Telegraph.
