She is the Chief of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology at Stanford Medicine Children's Hospital. She is the current Vice President of North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (NASPAG). She is an inaugural member of the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) Adolescent Committee, created and hosted the Journal of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (JPAG) podcasts and is on the editorial board for the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology (JMIG).
