Nicholas Ruggiero is a law enforcement suicide survivor. Nicholas has almost 20 years in law enforcement and held multiple positions including being a Sergeant in a medium sized department in Virginia. Nicholas is the host of the internationally popular show The Roll Call Room Podcast and an advocate for mental health and suicide prevention within the law enforcement community. After countless poor leadership interactions and poor decisions that were made by leaders, Nicholas attempted to take his life on May 25, 2019. With that decision came depression, PTSD, and the struggle and stigma with medications while continuing to be in Law enforcement.
