Neil Walker
Neil Walker has been Professor of European Law at the EUI from 2000 to 2007. In 2008 he will take up the Regius Chair in Public Law at the University of Edinburgh. His main interests are in questions of national and transnational constitutional theory and in matters of policing and security, and he has published extensively in these areas.
