In April 2021 John Hayes, who lives in Tasmania, Australia with his family, started work on a children's school and community program, Let's Play Catch. This book 'Mittsy, the Magical Baseball Glove', is John's first book and has been written to thank and inspire all the school children throughout Tasmania and Australia that John has been fortunate to introduce to sport and the magical games of baseball & cricket.
