His research interests include multiscale characterization of the structural, chemical, interfacial, electro-optical, and electrical properties of bulk and thin-film semiconductors by (scanning) transmission electron microscopy, cathodoluminescence, electron-beam-induced current, atomic force microscopy, and other techniques.
