Mitch Thrower

MITCH THROWER is the CEO and General Manager of Active Europe and cofounder of The Active Network, the world's largest sports registration company, owner and board member of Triathlete Magazine, and partner of The La Jolla Holding Group. He is also a thirteen-time Ironman Triathlon finisher. THE A.D.D. WORKPLACE is his first book. Thrower lives in Paris, France, and in La Jolla, California.
