An electrical engineer by education, Mike is also a licensed master electrician and veteran Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP). As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB), he has been independently recognized as a sensei for his working knowledge of Lean and the Toyota Production System. Mike has held leadership roles with three Fortune 500 companies and is the author of over two dozen books.
