Michele Siri is Professor of Corporate Law and Financial Regulation at the University of Genoa and Director of EUSFIL, the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on European Union Sustainable Finance and Law. He has held a Jean Monnet Chair on the EU regulation of financial and insurance markets.
