Michael Pollick was born in Akron, Ohio in 1964, but now lives and writes in the Deep South. His work has appeared in such magazines and journals as Will Work for Peace, The Iconoclast, MOSAIC, The Midwest Poetry Review and Miller's Pond. Michael Pollick was born in Akron, Ohio in 1964, but now lives and writes in the Deep South. In addition to his contributions to the poetry world, he has also written thousands of articles for online research websites such as wiseGEEK and HowToDoThings.com. Michael has also published a collection of humor essays entitled "The (Lost) StoryHouse Coffee Essays," and is currently working on a series of essays about his hometown of Stow, Ohio. His interests include music, movies and live theater. He currently performs as an organist for a small Methodist church in Alabama. He is married to a fellow writer named Amy, and together they are the property of a large tailless rescue cat, Natchez. See less
