May Clee-Cadman studied Art and Design history, graduating with an honours degree in 2000. After training with one of London's most prestigious wedding cake designers, May founded Maisie Fantaisie in 2003 to create unique wedding cakes and celebration cakes. Her previous title for D&C, Sweet and Simple Party Cakes, sold over 23,000 copies. May lives in London.
