Marty Gallagher is the CEO/Co-Founder of Talk To Me Technologies, a company that manufactures and sells speech-generating devices to people who cannot otherwise speak. The company works with people of all ages who have diagnoses like autism, Down's syndrome, cerebral palsy, brain injuries, ALS and strokes.
