Marmaduke Pickthall

Marmaduke Pickthall is best remembered as the first Englishman who was a Muslim to translate the Qur'an into English. He was also a prolific writer on the issues that concerned Muslims during his lifetime-- Turkey, India, Islam-as well as a novelist and short story writer.
