Prior to becoming a partner in the ForeSight Group he was the Founding Chairman and then CEO of the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative - building a coalition of companies and business schools on all continents focused on developing the next generation of globally responsible business leaders. In his business career he served for a decade on the Executive Committee of Barloworld, a 35,000 employee industrial group with operations in 32 countries.
