Mario Alejandro Rosato

Mario Alejandro Rosato is an electrical, electronic, and environmental engineer. He graduated in 1988 with a thesis on the construction of a low-cost small-sized wind turbine meant to supply electricity to rural schools in the Argentine Patagonia.
