Originally from Armenia, Dr. Marina Rakopyan M.A., LL.M., J.S.D., holds a Doctorate of the Science of Law (J.S.D.) degree from St. Thomas University College of Law. Dr. Rakopyan has also published two articles about 'Ecosystem Restoration and Human rights' as well as 'Human Rights and Democratization during 2019' with Global Campus of Human Rights funded by European Union.
