Marie Stone

Marie Stone graduated from California State University, Long Beach campus, with California State Teaching Credentials and spent twenty-three years teaching in California's public schools. She is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. A former resident of North Carolina, which along with Jamestown, Virginia, is the setting for the novel, she now resides in Boise, Idaho.
