Marc Spencer

Marc Spencer was born in Vietnam, but grew up in Paris, France, where he graduated high school at the age of 16. After 2 years at the Sorbonne, he made a short jump to the USA and finally landed in Vancouver, Canada, where he obtained a Master's Degree in Economics and enrolled into the government, where he served for more than a decade. He currently lives there with his wife and daughter, where he used to write for his community newsletter. This is his first novel.
