Manfred Perlik

Manfred Perlik is a Professor at the Centre for Development and Environment at the University of Bern, Switzerland. He is also affiliated with Laboratoire Pacte, Unit� Mixte de Recherche (UMR), at the Universit� Grenoble Alpes, France.
