LUMINI A CHIVU is senior researcher in Economics (since 1992) and currently the general director and President of the Scientific Council of the National Institute for Economic Research "Costin C. Kiri escu" - Romanian Academy (since 2011). She is author of 18 books in foreign and national publishing houses and more than 200 articles in economics. Member of the Consultative Council for Research, Development and Innovation of the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitization in Romania. She holds expertise on agricultural models and agricultural policies and competitiveness, sustainable rural development, labour market, industrial relations, working conditions, economic growth and restructuring and European integration. Experience in managing and coordinating more than 15 international and 20 national projects working with multidisciplinary teams of research experts. Co-chair of the Scientific Council of the international conference "Economic Scientific Research-Theoretical, Empirical and Practical Approaches" - ESPERA, editions 2013-2023. See less
