Loel Barr

Loel Barr, a Kansas native, received her MFA from Wichita State University, traveled extensively, and spent many years in the Washington, DC area establishing a successful career as a freelance illustrator. She moved to the Hudson Valley in 2004, where she works on fine art pieces as well as illustration.
