Leslie Clark was born in Fairmont, West Virginia. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BA in Speech & Communications, and holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the Writing Seminars program at Bennington College, Vermont. She is currently a production manager at a strategic marketing firm in Cincinnati, Ohio.
