Laura Owens

Laura Owens was born in Ohio in 1970 and studied at RISD, Skowhegan, and Cal Arts, where she finished her MFA in 1994. Her work has appeared at venues including ACME in Los Angeles and Gavin Brown's Enterprise and the Whitney Biennial in New York, and has been covered by "Artforum, " the "New Yorker" and the "New York Times."
