Lars Hornuf holds an M.A. in Political Economy (University of Essex, UK) and a Ph.D. in Economics (University of Munich, Germany). From 2006 to 2008 he joined the Ifo Institute for Economic Research and from 2008 to 2014 the Faculty of Law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
