Larene Darcel Born, raised, and educated in New York City during a time of change in America. The oldest of five children, she married and moved to Rocky Hill, Connecticut where she spent 29 years raising two beautiful, educated, talented and productive daughters. She has been apart of several Civic and Christian Organizations: Toastmasters, American Red Cross, The Open Door, First Church of GOD, and The Ministers Progressive Association. She has held several seminars in the Health Care, End-of-Life Needs, and Self-Help arenas in Connecticut. She has gone into local Shelters bringing home-cooked meals, personal items, along with Bible Study and lots of love. She continues to participate in several seminars for those who are hurting and are in need of compassionate help. She loves spending time sewing clothing for her family and home, reading, and in the service of the LORD; doing whatever GOD leads her to do. See less
