L Budd Thalman

Thalman is the associate athletic director for communications at Penn State University. A native of Wheeling, W. Va., and a graduate of West Virginia University, he arrived at Penn State in 1986 after spending thirteen years as vice president for public relations of the NFL Buffalo Bills. He also spent eleven years as the sports information director at the U.S. Naval Academy.
