Kiren Dosanjh Zucker, author of Chapters 4, 6, 7, 12, 13, and 14, is a Professor of Accounting at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). She earned a BA in Political Science from Syracuse University and a JD from the University of Michigan. A member of the State Bar of California, she has served on its Committee of Bar Examiners and Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct. Her teaching and research interests focus primarily on employment law, pedagogy, and accounting ethics. In 2001, she was selected as a Master Teaching by the Academy of Legal Studies in Business, and in 2004 she received the Outstanding Faculty Award from CSUN's Students with Disabilities Resources Center. IN 2004 and 2006, she also received a CSUN University Ambassadors' Polished Apple Award. In 2014, CSUN Accounting students named her the Harvey A. Bookstein Accounting Professor of the Year, and in 2015, she received the Master of Science in Accountancy Program's Outstanding Teaching Award. See less
