Kevin Nelson is retired from service in the health care sector, where he worked as a quality improvement manager, educator, government regulator, consultant, and clinical dietitian. He has a B.A. in political science, an M.S. in human nutrition and completed one year of doctoral studies in environmental policy studies. Mr. Nelson has traveled extensively around the world but most often to Latin American countries where he delights in meeting people, discussing their lives and the cultural and political aspects of each nation he visits.
