His articles have appeared in the Industrial and Labor Relations Review, Industrial Management, Personnel Journal, Employee Relations Law Journal, and Transportation Journal. Before academia, Dr. Jennings worked in industrial relations for Union Carbide. He earned his B.S. from Knox College, and his M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois. See less
