Dr. Kenneth J. Loh is the Director of CITRIS at UC Davis and an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Kenneth J. Loh is the Director of CITRIS at UC Davis and an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Davis.
