His workout system, The Lean Technique, is a unique system for staying in optimum shape at any age. Using principles and techniques from Yoga, Pilates and traditional strength training, The Lean Technique system is safe, fun and extremely effective. Ken also works with overweight individuals with Hypnosis for Weight Loss and does weight loss counseling. He currently teaches The Lean Technique classes in Westchester and works privately with clients throughout the Tri-State Area. Ken is also an actor and a playwright and the Artistic Director of Manhattan Repertory Theatre on 42nd St in New York City. He is the author of over 20 plays (Including Zen and the Art of Marathon Running which was based on one of the Trainer Tales in this book) and at Manhattan Repertory Theatre, he, with his partner, Jennifer Pierro, have produced over 500 plays. This Spring, he is returning to the stage with his critically acclaimed one man show THE PEOPLE IN MY HIPS, the true story of how he manifested severe PTSD from doing YOGA and how after three years of struggle, he cured himself.
