Karen White Owens

Karen White-Owens was born in Detroit, Michigan, and still resides in the Motor City. In addition to being a writer, she is a librarian at Loyola High School and devotes her free time to editing manuscripts for aspiring authors and teaching the fundamentals of creative writing to the students of the Detroit Writers Guild Young Authors Program.
