Between 2009 and 2015, she worked in various positions, including conference manager, business development consultant, and lawyer. From 2015 to 2023, she led the Institute for Practice-Oriented Legal Education at JLU under Prof. Dr. Jens Adolphsen. In parallel, she worked as a certified mediator and lawyer.
