Juan Gimenez

Juan Giménez (1943-2020) was an Argentinian artist. At the end of the 70s he left his home country and ended up in Europe, where he began to work for Italian, Spanish and French publishers. In 1979 he published Estrella Negra , his first color work quickly followed by A Question of Time, The Fourth Power, Leo Roa and Eternal Game , cementing his reputation as a master of the Science Fiction genre. In 1992, Giménez teams up with writer Alejandro Jodorowsky for the Metabarons saga, an epic adventure spinning off the legendary Incal series. Together, they will release eight volumes of the series. One of his last published works was Segments. He passed away on April 2nd, 2020 from COVID 19. See less
