Joyce M Davis

Joyce M. Davis, Ph.D., is an Elbert County native and professor emerita of art from Valdosta State University. She authored Historic Elberton in 2002, The Architectural Legacy of Elberton in 2000, and Lakeland's Unique Architectural Heritage in 1987. She uses images from a personal collection, as well as borrowed photographs from other collectors, to tell the story of Elbert County.
