Joseph Harned

Harned attended Saint Andrew's School in Middletown, Delaware, and studied international relations and economics at Yale University, where he received a B.A. After active duty in the U.S. Navy and five years with the Atlantic Institute for International Affairs in Paris, France, Harned worked for twenty-five years with a national, bipartisan foreign policy center in Washington, DC.
