Born and raised in Pwllheli on the Llyn Peninsula, Jos Simon ventured into the world beyond Snowdonia as an LSE student in mid-60s swinging London. Having married a Greek, he embarked on a teaching career in various parts of the UK, his life enriched by Greek in-laws, Greek food and Greek holidays.
