Jorah Kai Wood is a writer and teacher from Canada--born in Winnipeg and raised in Ottawa. As a young man, he spent two decades as a touring DJ and music producer, but his first love was always language. He studied poetry and creative writing at Dalhousie and UBC, before receiving a graduate diploma in teaching from George Brown, Canada.
